Legal Memorandum
This is a brief portion of a memo written on a public disclosure of private facts claim in Texas. The claim consists of four parts, but in order to size it appropriately, I have only included one.
Asset Purchase Contract
This contract was written for a transactional drafting course facilitating a complete asset transfer between two corporations. The parties are fictional based an extensive fact pattern provided by the professor.
Arbitration Brief
This is a short portion of an arbitration brief written on the joinder of a parent (non-signatory) to an arbitration agreement between a subsidiary and a mining corporation. The brief originally included a merits section, which has been excluded. It was written for the VIS International Moot Arbitration Competition in the Fall of 2014.
