JOSHUA M. NOSAL

Welcome to the website of Joshua Nosal, a recent graduate from The University of Texas School of Law studying corporate law with a particular focus on technology transactions.

 

Before law school, Josh obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Notre Dame. After supporting the Navy’s nuclear propulsion initiative, Josh entered law school to pursue a career in the legal structuring and facilitation of technology transactions and business development. Josh’s technical expertise and business law acumen give him a unique skill set that can be harnessed in the growing field of high technology transactions and the deal making strategies surrounding them.
